Online Sales Policy
At the moment, GardenSuperMart can only process orders originating from Canada or the United States.
Payment Terms and Conditions
During the checkout process, the customer will be given the option of remitting payment in either Canadian Dollars ($CDN) or American Dollars ($USD). GardenSuperMart.com accepts the following payment methods:

- Certified check (preferred over personal check)
- Personal check*
Credit card transactions will be processed and shipped immediately after the purchase price is approved by the credit card company.

Shipping Policy
Green Tip:
Prevent Runoff by using plants that cover the entire ground surface. Runoff can carry harmful chemicals, pesticides and excessive amounts of phosphorus and nitrogen into waterways.
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be displayed on each product page. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is GardenSuperMart.com's responsibility.
All orders will be shipped either via Canada Post or TNT Express. We offer the following shipping methods:
Canada
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel (2 to 5 business days)
- TNT Domestic Economy (2 to 5 business days)
- FedEx Ground (2 to 5 business days)
USA
- TNT Economy Express (5 to 10 business days)
- FedEx Ground (5 to 10 business days)
Courier next-day delivery and warehouse pickups (from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada) are available for SOME items upon special request. To inquire about special deliveries and alternative shipping methods, please e-mail customerservice@gardensupermart.com.
Pick Up Policy
We have several warehouses around the Cambridge, Ontario area. Please call ahead of time to confirm pickup time, date and location. GardenSuperMart.com accepts the following payment methods:

- Cash (exact change required)
* If paying by personal check, photo id matching the name on cheque and major credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) are required at time of pickup.
Taxes
Customers residing in the United States are responsible for goods and services taxes, sales tax, and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated. Customers in Canada will be charged 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the time of invoice. Customers in Ontario, Canada will be charged an additional 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
Returns Policy
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, all unused and complete items can be returned for a refund of the initial purchase price minus initial shipping charges (not including return shipping charges) within 10 business days from the date that the package arrives at your residence. No restocking fees will be levied in the event of a return. Returns from the US should be sent via US Postal Services with the declaration that the contents are RETURNED MERCHANDISE clearly indicated on the customs paperwork. Additional shipping instructions will be provided at the time of the return. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for any shipping costs, tarrifs or brokerage fees.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product listed at GardenSuperMart.com is listed at an incorrect price, GardenSuperMart.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not your order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged, GardenSuperMart.com will credit your credit card account the amount that you were previously charged.
Limitation of Liability
The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, GardenSuperMart.com is not responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products and/or services under this agreement. The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the cause or circumstances giving rise to such loss, damage, or liability, even if such loss, damage, or liability is based on negligence or other torts or breach of contract (including fundamental breach, or breach of a fundamental term).
Neither GardenSuperMart.com nor customer may institute any action in any form arising out of this agreement more than eighteen (18) months after the cause of action has arisen. In the case of nonpayment, neither GardenSuperMart.com nor customer may institute any action in any form arising out of this agreement more than eighteen (18) months from the date of last payment.
