Mission
AlgraShopping.com Inc. is a Canadian registered company, and we are situated in Cambridge, Ontario (Canada). Our primary goal on GardenSuperMart.com is to provide a forum of advice, feedback, and interaction to discuss water gardening topics, including tips to improve your own personal backyard, and periodic suggestions from peers.
GardenSuperMart's secondary goal is to scour the earth to look for the affordable prices for water gardening supplies. Through our efforts, we are able to pass extraordinary savings to you, the customer.
Online Sales Policy
At the moment, GardenSuperMart can only process orders originating from Canada or the United States.
Payment Terms and Conditions
During the checkout process, the customer will be given the option of remitting payment in either Canadian Dollars ($CDN) or American Dollars ($USD). GardenSuperMart.com accepts the following payment methods:

- Personal check
Credit card transactions will be processed and shipped immediately after the purchase price is approved by the credit card company.

Orders made by check may be held for up to 10 working days, or until the check clears, before the order is processed.
Shipping Policy
Separate charges for shipping and handling will be displayed on each product page. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is GardenSuperMart.com's responsibility.
All orders will be shipped either via Canada Post or TNT Express. We offer the following shipping methods:
Canada
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel (2 to 5 business days)
- TNT Domestic Economy (2 to 5 business days)
USA
- Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA (6 to 10 business days)
- TNT Economy Express (5 to 10 business days)
Courier next-day delivery and warehouse pickups (from Cambridge, Ontario, Canada) are available for SOME items upon special request. To inquire about special deliveries and alternative shipping methods, please e-mail customerservice@gardensupermart.com.
Taxes
Customers residing in the United States are responsible for goods and services taxes, sales tax, and all other taxes associated with the order, however designated. Customers in Canada will be charged 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the time of invoice. Customers in Ontario, Canada will be charged an additional 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST).
Returns Policy
We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, all items can be returned for a refund of the initial purchase price minus initial shipping charges (not including return shipping charges) within 10 business days from the date that the package arrives at your residence. No restocking fees will be levied in the event of a return. Additional shipping instructions will be provided at the time of the return. We are not responsible for shipping costs, tarrifs or brokerage fees.
Security Policy
The GardenSuperMart.com online store is hosted by a secure server. All information that is entered to the online checkout (including credit card information) is encrypted using a standard SSL encryption keys. Credit card information is encrypted before it is transmitted to the Internet credit card merchant. Since the SSL encryption keys have extremely short life spans, only the Internet merchant that has your encryption key will have access to your personal information. GardenSuperMart.com utilizes a reputable Internet merchant, PSIGate. PSIGate provides Premier Secure Transaction Processing Services for world class solutions, which have been deployed on Sun Solaris, Oracle, and Sun Enterprise Server platforms.
Privacy Policy
GardenSuperMart.com and AlgraShopping.com Inc collect some personal information from customers (I.e. name, address, e-mail addresses, etc.) in order to provide product information, ship merchandise, and moderate message boards. We respect the privacy of our customers and therefore do not sell or provide the names, addresses, e-mail addresses, or any customer information to mailing lists, other companies, or any other third parties.
Limitation of Liability
The customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, GardenSuperMart.com is not responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products and/or services under this agreement. The foregoing limitations apply regardless of the cause or circumstances giving rise to such loss, damage, or liability, even if such loss, damage, or liability is based on negligence or other torts or breach of contract (including fundamental breach, or breach of a fundamental term).
Neither GardenSuperMart.com nor customer may institute any action in any form arising out of this agreement more than eighteen (18) months after the cause of action has arisen. In the case of nonpayment, neither GardenSuperMart.com nor customer may institute any action in any form arising out of this agreement more than eighteen (18) months from the date of last payment.
